We are a spacious independent gym for the local community.  We offer flexible membership options without contracts.

The fitness suite has a cardio area with an extensive range of equipment including rowers, joggers & cross trainers, etc. The weights section is equally well equipped with a wide selection of equipment including a smith machine, cable crossover, 45 leg press & a good range of free weights & benches.  There is pre-programmed music and TV viewing to assist you in your workout.

All new members are offered an induction by the club's qualified fitness instructor which will aid them to use the fitness suite in a safe & progressive manner. In addition, our instructor can provide personal training programmes, one to ones and diet plans to help you achieve your goals at an additional cost.


  • Upon arrival you are required to sign in and out at reception. 
  • If using the gym as a visitor, you will also be required to sign in and out when you pay your visitors fee at reception and complete a disclaimer form. 
  • We do allow 13-15 year olds to use ONLY our cardio section of the gym, however they must be on a student membership and attend with and adult paying member. A disclaimer is required to be signed by a parent.
