Book a Session
To book a Fitness or Indoor cycling class or Adult group tennis session, please adjust the filter below accordingly.
Fitness and indoor cycling classes are suitable for all levels and abilities aged 14+. U16's must be accompanied by an adult also attending the session.
Upon arrival to the club you will be required to check in at reception.
Gym users must sign in and out on the sheet provided at reception.
If you are using the gym as a visitor, you will also be required to sign in and out at reception when you pay your visitors fee and complete a disclaimer form.
We do allow 13-15 year olds to use ONLY our cardio section of the gym, however they must be on a student membership and attend with an adult paying member. A disclaimer is required to be signed by a parent on their first visit.
