The class will tone, build and strengthen the abdominal muscles.  The class consist of specific exercises and movements put together to give you a great abdominal workout in a short space of time.  The class is 15 minutes.

A high energy fitness classes incorporating old boxing techniques and fresh new exercises resulting in an all body workout and a great stress buster.  The class is 60 minutes.

Legs, Bums & Tums Bodysculpt
A popular group exercise class which targets the legs, bum and tum area to shape and tone the body.  You will take part in a great workout covering a number of basic but effective exercises.  The class is 45 minutes.  

Crossfit Circuits 
A full body resistance and cardio workout suitable for all.  The class is 30 minutes.

A mat based workout aiming to improve sytrength, flexibility and posture.  Great for sports injury prevention and rehabilitation.  Tailored for all abilities and please bring your own mat.  The class is 60 minutes.

Total Bodyworkout

Dance Fit
Dance yourself fit! A great way to burn calories whilst having fun and learning high energy, choreographed routines. No dance experience required, suitable for all levels of fitness.  The class is 60 minutes.

An all over body workout, fantastic for burning calories and building strength. Combines both cardio and body conditioning. Suitable for all levels of fitness.  The class is 45 minutes.

A great cardio workout that works on co-ordination with mixed impact moves. A fun, upbeat class, suitable for all fitness levels.  The class is 60 minutes.
