All classes are 45 minutes in duration.

  • Tuesday 6.45pm - Circuits (Wayne)
  • Wednesday 6.45pm - Legs, Bums and Tums (Wayne)
  • Thursday 9.45am - Wake & Workout (Emily)
  • Thursday 7.15pm - Pilates (Emily)
  • Friday 6pm - Boxercise (Emily)
  • Saturday 10am - Weekend Workout (Roy)
  • Sunday 10.15am - Pilates (Emily)

We also run many INDOOR CYCLING CLASSES each week.

  • Non Member - £6.50 per session
  • Fitness & Standard Member - FREE
