All classes are 45 minutes in duration.

- Tuesday 6.45pm - Circuits (Wayne)
- Wednesday 6.45pm - Legs, Bums and Tums (Wayne)
- Thursday 7.30pm - Pilates (Emily)
- Friday 6pm - Boxercise (Emily)
- Sunday 10.15am - Pilates (Emily)
We also run many INDOOR CYCLING CLASSES each week.

- Non Member - £6.50 per session
