Notes from the coach

Circuit Training is a fun and effective way of training the whole body which is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. You will work through a variety of exercises combining both strength & cardiovascular training. The circuit is designed to build a balanced & healthy body which will benefit muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, heart health & fat loss with a possible calorie burn of 300-500 calories per class.
