SPINNING is a fun, fat burning low impact indoor cycling workout that's great for burining calories. A mixture of hills, sprints and mixed terrain with motivating music means you never get bored and push yourself a little bit further. The class is 45 minutes.

- Wednesday at 7pm with Mike
- Thursday at 7pm with Dave
- Friday at 5.30pm with Claire
- Sunday at 3.30pm with Emily (starts w/c 16th March)
- Non Member - £5 per session
- Fitness & Standard Member - £3.50 per session
- Premier Member - FREE
- We suggest you arrive 10 minutes before the class and pay the relevant fee at reception.
- Some classes do have a maximum capacity due to the equipment.
