SPINNING  is a  fun, fat burning low impact indoor cycling workout that's great for burining calories.  A mixture of hills, sprints and mixed terrain with motivating music means you never get bored and push yourself a little bit further.  The class is 45 minutes.

  • Wednesday at 7pm with Mike
  • Thursday at 7pm with Dave
  • Friday at 5.30pm with Claire
  • Sunday at 3.30pm with Emily (starts w/c 16th March)


  • Non Member - £5 per session
  • Fitness & Standard Member - £3.50 per session
  • Premier Member - FREE


  • We suggest you arrive 10 minutes before the class and pay the relevant fee at reception.
  • Some classes do have a maximum capacity due to the equipment.
