A fun, fat burining low impact indoor cycling workout that's great for burining calories. A mixture of hills, sprints and mixed terrain with motivating music means you never get bored and push yourself a little bit further. The class is 45 minutes.
The class will tone, build and strengthen the abdominal muscles. The class consist of specific exercises and movements put together to give you a great abdominal workout in a short space of time. The class is 15 minutes.
A high energy fitness classes incorporating old boxing techniques and fresh new exercises resulting in an all body workout and a great stress buster. The class is 60 minutes.
Legs, Bums & Tums Bodysculpt
A popular group exercise class which targets the legs, bum and tum area to shape and tone the body. You will take part in a great workout covering a number of basic but effective exercises. The class is 45 minutes.
A full body resistance and cardio workout suitable for all. The class is 30 minutes.
A mat based workout aiming to improve sytrength, flexibility and posture. Great for sports injury prevention and rehabilitation. Tailored for all abilities and please bring your own mat. The class is 60 minutes.
